K1000 Service Desk: Html-format e-mails?
I'm wondering, is it possible to have the e-mails sent by the KACE Service Desk to have HTML formatting? I'm talking about the built-in Email on Events or the ones in Custom Ticket Rules. Right now they're being sent as pretty ugly plain text e-mails. I'm sure that's fine (or even preferred) for a lot of people, but I want some of them to look a bit nicer.
When I use the Email Ticket function on an individual ticket it sends an html-formatted e-mail, so I know KACE is capable of it. What's the trick for doing it with the event-triggered e-mails?
