Recently we upgraded our K1000 appliance with 6.3.113397 version, but after version upgradation we are facing few issue like slow speed suddenly no response or   appliance stop working ,  then we need to  reboot or power on off after that ist should  work.

 

Please let me know what are the Upgradation Precautions , Also suggest me the latest Version.

  • Have you updated the agents to match? That may help. The latest version is v7.

Have you open support ticket to Dell Kace support team by going to this link https://support.software.dell.com/?
I hope that before upgrading you already store the backup files so that if you are advised by a team of support Dell Kace to reimage the appliance you can do it.
