K1000 - deploy Office 2013 Pro Plus

We want to deploy Office 2013 to workstations using K1000. This is the first time we try to deploy Office 2013 Pro Plus using trial version of K1000.
I'm following the Deploying Office 2013 Managed Install doc for deploying Office 2013 Pro Plus, completed up to step I.(4) - zipped up the Office2013ProPlus installation files.
On Step II - Locate the listing for Office 2013 in Software Inventory, Office 2013 Pro Plus is not listed in Software Inventory.
I read the Add applications to Software page inventory manually doc, it said usually, it is best to have applications added to the K1000 inventory automatically, than to add applications to the appliance manually.
How to have the Office 2013 Pro Plus application added automatically or since there is no Office 2013 listed in "Software", is it mean we have to manually create Office 2013 software via Software > Choose Action > New and upload the Office 2013 Pro Plus zipped file here?

Install your office install manually a machine with the Kace client, do a inventory on that machine and it will show up. You then can use that for your MI.
