Is this normal? time of a reimage

Hi Guys,

I am currenty testing the deployment of a Windows 7 image that I have captured which is 6gb in size. It has taken 1.5 to 2 hours to image the machine. Is this normal? There has been no post installs just a basic image.

Thanks

What is your network bandwidth between your machine and the K2000? That is always the biggest bottle neck when deploying to machines.

this can also be an issue with the kbe drivers for the nic.
if the kbe is unable to find the correct nic driver (for dos) it will use some generic drivers, those drivers can cause the nic to set its speed to 100mbps (or even 10mbps).

i also would like to state that it would be extremly handy if the kbox will support "block level" imaging (again).
