is it possible to restore appliance to previous version


Accidentally  We clicked the update button in appliance page , now our appliance is updated to Version: 8.1.108, now none of our machines are updating the inventory,
is there any option to downgrade the appliance to previous version.

 Model: K1100s-ADV
 PowerEdge R420 (12G)

I don't think you can roll-back in the k1000 to the previous version.

Unless it's a VM, in which case you can load a previous snapshot.

But...... do a little troubleshooting. It must be a small problem.

Restart the appliance......

Force an inventory from one of the machines......

Check the "amp.conf" from one of the machines to see which kace server it is pointing to......

Get in touch with support......

no, there is no possibility.
Please check the logs for errors, especially in the kagent.log on the client
