Is it possible to make multi-tiered or if/then sections in the ticket creation screen?

Much like the multi-tier capability in the Categories section using the :: delimiter, I'd like to make multi-level dropdowns in the main ticket area, if possible.  I have a request to make a queue with some if/then logic.

There current isn't a way to tier nest or do if/then type of statements in the KBOX. The "::" is what is available. You could get creative with the Ticket Rules but that would have to be thought out to make selections in pre-created drop downs.

    Is the "Categories" section the only place that :: can be used?
    • I believe so. I can't think of another area that would use those as a deliminator.
      • That's a shame.. It would come in very handy around here. I'll poke around the uservoice and see if it's being discussed, at all.
