I need to hide the other Queues we are creating for processes from the other IT support staff and I cannot find a way to do this.  I can't see there is a label that is showing the IT staff the other queues, so I'm not sure how to restrict this for the other staff at this time.  Any help is appreciate!

alternatively you can also use an org for each queue.
In orgs you can limit also the view in the admin ui

  • So all of the IT support staff who log into the ADMIN portal, there is no way to hide the queues we create for processes other than creating a new ORG? I just don't want to confuse the IT staff - sluciw 11 years ago

Create different labels for each queue.

As soon as you are logging in under the user ui (k1000 or K1000/userui) they are separated.

If you logging in under admin ui (k1000/admin or k1000/adminui) you can see all the queues.
