How would I create a ticket rule to change priority to high for tickets over 30 days old that are not Closed?
I'm a newbie trying to get this working, i've tried
Define Ticket Rule:
Time Opened < 30 days
AND Status does not contain Closed
AND Priority does not contain High
Next Priority - change value to High
and it doesn't work like it is supposed too. Also, I think I would like to use 'created' instead of 'time open'. Thanks, for any help getting this working.
