How to use Patch Management to push out Updates for Adobe Flash

Hello,

I am trying to push out the latest update for Adobe Flash but I am having a hard time figuring out why my Patch Management isn't working correctly. If anyone can please help me on this issue it would be greatly appreciated.

  • We're going to need some information here. What are you seeing? Errors? Nothing? - rockhead44 8 years ago
  • I'm not getting any errors at all. I don't get any pop ups to let me know that I am running a patch or anything on my test machine. - RedHoodJT 8 years ago
    • Is the patch active? Sometimes patches can get marked as inactive. Have you patched other things before? - rockhead44 8 years ago
  • No I have not. We just started using the k1000 software and our first patch is the Adobe Flash 21 patch that came out yesterday. - RedHoodJT 8 years ago
    • Step 1) Make sure you read the Administrator's guide. Lots of patching discussion in there.

Step 2) Review review some of these videos:

Another helpful link (lots of info but you will likely reference this as you get into using the K1000):
