How to show new process in User ticket submission page

Hello

I am fairly new to ITNinja and Kace

My question is I want to use "processes" in service desk to handle my company's new hire process.

Is there a way for my HR team to go to our user ticket submission portal and select "process" instead of "select a queue" when they are submitting tickets.

When you create the process, you can use labels to determine you can see the process.  You can uncheck Display for all users and use, lets say, an HR label you created. Once you do that, create the process and then finally enable. When someone in HR goes to open a ticket, they will get two drop downs. One to select a queue for a single ticket and another to launch a process.
