How to restore deleted devices in K1000

Recent we had a employee with admin rights delete some devices that are still in inventory and in use.  He also deleted them from assets.

How can I restore them to show up in inventory?

I tried amptool.exe retrust and tried using the Kat tool but neither helped.

Collect the \ProgramDate\Quest\KACE\konea.log and the \ProgramDate\Quest\KACE\user\KAgent.log for review and submit to support if you open a ticket with them.

Found the answer - an ex-employee set the agent inventory to be set off every 15 minutes causing devices to not be able to complete inventories before starting another one.

Try removing and reinstalling the agent to get them to connect
