how to reset kace k1100s to default

If the link doesn't work there are a few options.

1.  If another user (either local or LDAP) has admin rights and can log in, you can change the admin password.

2.  Enable SSH, contact support and have them reset it once ownership has been verified.

3.  Request the ISO from support to reinstall the operating system for the K1000.  If it's a VK1000, you can download a new OVF from the support site.

For both 2 and 3, you will need the current license key.
