How to give a user an access to his archived tickets ?


Is there a way to give a user access to his archived ticket ?

This : https://www.itninja.com/question/allow-users-to-access-and-search-archived-tickets works, but users has then access to all the archived tickets (theirs and other users' one).

No I would say this is the only way, the security rights in the role are not granular enough, so in effect you are granting him full access to the archive and you are not able to restrict what he can see.
