Allow Users To Access And Search Archived Tickets

Is there a way to allow users to access and search Archived Tickets. Essentially function like the Knowledge Base. We are running KACE 6.4

To give this permission to a role, go to Settings > Roles > [role to edit]. Click on the Service Desk (or Help Desk) section and set "archive" to "read"
