How to edit standard - ticketowner

Hi there,

i couldnt find the possibility to edit the entries in the dropdown-menu, where i can select a user as a standart Ticketowner for a specific cathegorie.

* Customize Fields and Layout
* Category Values
Edit a category and assign a default owner.

  • I think I didnt explained correctly. Im talking exactly about this specific option to define a default Owner, but how do I for example add new options/users to the existing ones?
