How to build a new KBE to get the image to deploy for a new Latitude models?

Apparently, driver pack A05 would reach the KBE unless I build a new KBE, correct?

Thank you,

Boyan

The reason it didn't work from the beginning is because another file was missing - adkwinPeSetup_AddOn.exe ...

Without this "addon" the entire upload process would fail.

Thank you for participating - it's just another learning curve for all of us.

this is correct.
See this KB for how to create a new KBE (I know this is not a really easy thing if you don't do it all few weeks)

Nick,

You are right... it's not easy, especially when a persistent error recurs. I opened my Win10 VM on my VMBox and put all the files (Media manager from KACE 2000, ADK win10 and ADK win11...) on it, then started the MM. And the test connection is good, however, when I go back to settings (in the MM/KBE wizard, and brows to where the ADK has been installed ...C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Inst. Kit\10\... it renders that the path can't be verified... see the attachment please. And there's no other path, unless I need to pinpoint a different sub folder.

Any idea what I am missing?

Thanks in advance...
