This morning we discovered that we had a lot of outbound email being blocked. When we look at the blocked log in the Barracudda firewall we discovered that KACE is resending the same email every two minutes to a bad address. Where can I go to look at the outbound mail queue in KACE?

This problem started when an outside email came to the helpdesk email address with a bad return address. I am possitive that the email is originating from KACE because I changed the helpdesk email address and the outbound email address changed in the Barracudda log. What would cause KACE to retry sending the email over and over again?

We found the problem. It was because of a ticket rule. The Barrauda was sending an NDR back to KACE which caused a comment in the ticket which triggered another email to the submitter that caused another NDR and so on. We fixed the problem by changing the ticket submitter to a valid email address and the loop stopped.
