Hi have created a queue and when i am creating a ticket from the queue there is the option for selecting knowledge base article and when i am customizing the fields for the queue i don't see where i can hide the knowledge base article field

  • I would also like to disable to Knowledgebase from all tickets.
  • We were also looking for a way to hide this.

Unfortunately the Knowledgebase article field is the only one that cannot be hidden on the ticket layout, which is a bit of a shame
