How do I remove a queue from "need help" in Kace

Basically we have queues that are not in use anymore but we don't want to delete all the tickets in the system for historical reasons. We want to remove the option for users to open new tickets in that queue. Any suggestions?

reconfigure it (other email address, disable "allow all users as submitters" and create a label for users who can (put yourself into it) and you should be done.
