How can we bring in Org info on ticket email alerts?

We currently have 2 orgs (ORGA and ORGB) within Kace. There are times when tickets will be given to someone in ORGB from ORGA. That person will get an email alert but they click on the link and if they are always signed into ORGB the link will take them to perhaps a ticket with the same ID in ORGB or to no tickets if there are no open tickets with a matching ID. Right now we have add the ORGA to header of the alerts. I was wondering if there are any variables that will pull in the ORG so that the link can send them to the right ORG.

for example:
