The wrong file was attached to a service desk ticket, what is the procedure to remove/replace that attachment?

  • Did you ever get a resolution to this issue? I have encountered the same issue and we do not want to delete the ticket just the attachment.
  • unfortunately not, I cannot believe no one else has had this issue.

As of this answer submission the ability to edit individual tickets does not exist. This is planned in a upcoming future release this calendar year.
