Disk capacity report - Auto open ticket
I promise I searched and didnt see anything on this. Is there a way to have the result of a report automatically open a ticket? So if report has data, open ticket and place report in summary?

yes, this works.
1. You setup the report as scheduled.
2. You let it inform you if it has results in it
3. You use the service desk email as target.
