Has anyone had to deploy this software? I've been trying to locate deployment tips and I've been coming up short. Ideas?

Digging deeper I was able to find the answer to my own question. There is a .msi version of the installer included, where I went wrong is that the 32 bit msi absolutely won't work on a 64 bit machine. Using the correct msi with the correct machine Digital Persona will install with the following CLI option.

msiexec.exe /i setup.msi ADDLOCAL=ALL /qn
