Enabled file & print sharing exception in the firewall but no success- what do I need to do- Will search knowledge base articles

Just got the Kbox rolled out the agent to over 500 pcs so far with no calls- so far so good.

Make sure port 52230 is open on your firewalls - that is the port used by the agent to tell the KBOX it is online (AMP).
