Dell Latitude 5500 BSOD after driver update 10/05/23


I am relatively new to my company and KACE software. I have slowly been learning K1000/SMA and K2000/SDA on my own, but I am having an issue with some updates.

After a recent automatic driver update, somewhere around October 5th/6th, almost half (4-5 out of 12-13) of our 5500s blue-screened:


The only way to recover these systems was to reimage them. I turned off this update schedule and so far everything has been normal. I tried contacting KACE support but they couldn't help me because they couldn't pull any logs or get any further information because I had reimaged them, and they had no other reports of this behavior.

Has anyone else experienced this issue in the past? Any ideas? I'm afraid if I switch the schedule back on this will happened again, though i'm unsure.
