Deleting devices from inventory

Deleted devices in inventory keeps re-appearing.

Are the devices still connected to the network?

If they are, they will still reappear when the agent

checks back in to the k1.

If the device is still connected to the network and it has the agent on it yes it will reappear when that agent talks back to the K1000.  Is there a reason you are deleting items out of the inventory that are still being used and the agent is still checking in? 

What are you trying to accomplish by doing this?

  • I'm of the opinion that K1000 is linked to AD, therefore deleting a device from AD should automatically delete from K1000. Unless I'm wrong.
