deleting categories in service request.

I want to be able to delete certain items. Can I delete I need a technician to fix: hardware: barcode reader . WE are trying to clean and re-arrange ticket layout.

You can't delete a category if there are tickets assigned to that category. You will need to find the tickets with that category and change them to a different one. If you have a lot of tickets then I would recommend using a rule to change them for you.
