Customizing "Email Ticket"

I would like to customize "Email Ticket" format, similar to "Email on Events" customization, but I don't know where to start.

Can someone point me to the right direction?

In the queue configuration under Email on Events, click Customize Emails. There is a template for Email Ticket Manually. I'm using version 6.3.
