Is it possible to search more than one Q at a time. I have managers that have two Q's (e.g. Incident and Service Request) and would like to get a combined view of all non closed tickets.

If you have them login to /adminui or /userui the full URL will be exposed and adding &QUEUE_ID=0 to the end of the URL will make it display tickets in all queues that match the current view. It doesn't look like you can specify just two queues, though.

  • Good answer on using the UI option. What I really want is a search that gives all Q's and all tickets (not subset by the ones that I have entered). I tried various combinations but still only get All tickets where I am the submitter . If I could get all tickets and all Q's then I could build a custom view to suit. BY_STATE_TICKETS=all&QUEUE_ID=0
