I have a super user group (largely Service Desk as they need to be able to see everything) but I cant get a view of All Queues and All Tickets. I can only get a view of All Queues and My Tickets.

Any ideas ?

If you have them login to /adminui or /userui the full URL will be exposed and adding &QUEUE_ID=0 to the end of the URL will make it display tickets in all queues that match the current view. It doesn't look like you can specify just two queues, though.

  • Good answer on using the UI option. What I really want is a search that gives all Q's and all tickets (not subset by the ones that I have entered). I tried various combinations but still only get All tickets where I am the submitter . If I could get all tickets and all Q's then I could build a custom view to suit. BY_STATE_TICKETS=all&QUEUE_ID=0
