Client not running Dell Updates

I have one client that is checking in, submitting inventory and otherwise behaving normally except that it is not getting scheduled Dell updates. It is running agent version 6.3.306/ I'm applying the updates through filters - in this case, Optiplex 980 models. My computer and about 70 others here are the same model and are getting the updates, and the problem computer is associated with that label. Here is a pic of the update status on that pc.

Any idea why this one would be showing "not scheduled"? I can run a debug, but I was hoping someone might have a quick fix. Tx.
