Client not checking in

Trying to force check in on a specific machine. (Lots in my org are not checking in). I removed the agent and reloaded it. Here is some log files:

If i can fix this one then i can fix the rest i hope.

An ideas much appreciated as 2/3 of our machine seem to not check in /never check in now or not update. WHile the other third work fine.

As a side note this machine is configured as per the Preparing to install k1000 agent software guilde lines.

  • When you set these clients up did you deploy the client as part of an image? If so you could have duplicate Machine ID's. Just a thought though. - jlbob 10 years ago

did you change the name of your kbox? (ServiceDesk.xxx)

disable SSL, looks like an SSL error.
check also your DNS
