can we customize kace helpdesk using HTML/Markdown

 what is HTML/Markdown in kace helpdesk page..is it like PHP to customize the kace helpdesk ?

any coding or variables to pull  AD login name/OS version  from browser session  without using  sql queries?

HTML/Markdown in KACE is supported in two areas. 

First Area: Service Desk Knowledge Base Articles. You can use via a check-box setting: Use Markdown to use the markup language Markdown. Markdown supports only a handful of commands for simple text such as bold, italics, ect... 

Second Area: Service Desk Email Templates. You can use via a check-box setting: Use HTML to use the markup language HTML. This allows you to code your Email-On-Event templates with HTML.
