Can't see Label

We have created labels for all the queues we have and I am trying to add a label to a specific person and I am not seeing it as an option to add.  I am able to add to several other users, just not one specific user, anyone know why this might happen?

  • Use add user labels under Settings > Users
    Put check boxes next to the people you want to give labels to and do a Choose Action > Apply Label - nshah 5 years ago

Don't worry. You can use add user labels, go to Settings > Users,  and then choose the specific person you want to give labels to and do a Choose Action > Apply Label. Now you can add a label. Label would not show up for this user may be because of collapse.
