Can not receive when user issue ticket on service desk.

We can not receive when user issue ticket on service desk but we can receive mail when test connection of smtp setting.

This problems occur after upgrading to version 9.1.317

There is currently no notification coming to the mail. You can see our settings from the checkbox in the image below.
