Any way to Use LDAP Labels as Owner Label for Ticket Queues?

Instead of managing a manual label for users tied to a queue, is there any way we can utilize the LDAP labels that are imported in to use a label built around an AD security group instead? Hence, we can manage membership to that label via AD instead of in KACE?

Yes, you can use LDAP labels to assign labels to users and then use those labels for your queue configuration. Keep in mind that the label won't be assigned to the user until they login to the appliance.
