add users to queue via saml only?

We cannot enable LDAP due to a UPN issue.  We only use SAML. We have assigned roles by using saml tokens but I dont see a method to assign to a label and thus assigned as owner to a queue. Is this possible?

  • I was reading the 10.2 (lastest) administrator's guide, and the Saml chapter doesn't have anything about matching SAML Tokens vs. LDAP User Labels (helpdesk users labels).

    It seems to me, this would be a useful feature request:
