Is there a way in Kace to edit/add the buttons in a ticket? I would like to add a button for downtime, so it can be recorded when we have something down. We are already using Add Work to keep track of how long something was worked on. Basically i need that same function added it just needs to be for downtime.

Nope...those are static. Unless you are willing to pay kace for services where they might be able to do this. It isn't something you can change or add to.
