ive been having toruble getting a network boot disk that actuarly works and that i can use to connect to my deploy dir

can anyone give me a hint ?

I did a comparison of network boot disc creation tools that should be of help here: http://www.appdeploy.com/comparisons/networkbootdiskutil/
It was a year ago, but at the time PowerQuest was the only company to provide good support for multi-nic disks.

I like Bart's Network Boot Disk which is free and extensible. It is part of his generic Modular Boot Disk framework. He also has PE Builder and various Bootable CD's, which I haven't tried.
