Warning: As a beta site, you are working in an environment known to be lacking in certain features and which may present unexpected errors. We will be working regularly to address such things but in our efforts to do so you should be prepared to experience some less than ideal circumstances from time to time...
- Data could be wiped out
- The site may be taken down temporarily without warning
- If deemed necessary, the beta may even end early or experience an extended outage
- We are still working on the point system, but what we have will give you an idea where things are headed. During beta, be prepared to see points appear and disappear as things are finalized.
We will strive to maintain as much data as possible but suggest keeping an offline copy of any significant contributions so you can be prepared to re-post if necessary.
Data on ITNinja
Despite our warnings above, it is our intention to make participation in this beta as valuable as possible. We will be making efforts to move any new content created on the site forward when migrating new data from AppDeploy. We will be migrating data periodically, but not on a predictable schedule. Naturally, there will be one final migration of data from AppDeploy at the time we perform the final cutover.
Please be sure to see our Beta FAQ for more details on what data we intend to keep and what data we will not.
Known Issues
We will not be updating on a documented schedule but we to plan to introduce a number of updates to the site during this beta period. Our list of known issues will both shrink as we work to resolve them and grow as new issues are discovered. We will post separate blog posts regarding known issues throughout the beta period.
Some of the bigger issues on which we are currently working include:
- You cannot add new software to the site
Feedback
We want to hear from you! What are we missing here? We have lots of pending tasks to get the site ready for launch but your feedback will be instrumental in prioritizing and ensuring the things that matter most to you are among those tasks! Please use our UserVoice forum to suggest new features (and to vote upon those suggested by others).

Please log in to commentI loves me some ITNINJA!
Bob, really looking forward to seeing the site grow. I am looking for that "One Stop Shop" to find solutions related to common issues.
I definitely like this setup much better. It looks a lot cleaner and more modern. It stands out from the traditional forum layout. Nice Job!!!
Loving where this site is going. I was excited to see a preview as the November Kace Konference. As a former user of appdeploy and a user of both the Kace k1000 and K2000 I hope this will assist in all my app deployment and Kace needs.
How did you come up with the name ITninja for the site? What were the other options you were considering?
I have to say I'm not real happy with how difficult it has been to find reports for the K1000. The previous format made it very easy to find and browse through threads of reporting syntax that ultimately lead to good results. There are not tags for any KBOX reporting and when you look for help desk or service desk you find everything but the KBOX. Beautifying a site doesn't make up for lost time trying to find a resource. KISS.
I just registered...glad to be here
