XVision Silent Install

Hello All!
I am trying to write a script to silently install XVision 7.3 on WinXP. There are a lot of questions asked durning the standard install, so I am assuming I somehow need to use an answer file. However, when I add any arguement to the setup.exe call in the command line I get an error:

Setup was invoked silently with incorrect parameters.
Usage:install.exe -silent -targetdir <path to main components> -commondir <path to shared components>
Do not pass any arguments if you want to install interactively.

Thanks in advance for any advice!
Max

Do any of the screens have the words 'InstallShield Installation Wizard' or similar on them? I suspect they do, in which case you can record an answer file using the '-r' switch (or is it '/r'? I think either is valid...). There'll be a ton of stuff about the available options on the InstallShield site's knowledge base. Google for 'installshield +setup +command +line +arguments'

Thanks, for the responce. That is the first thing I tried, but when I add either -r or /r to the end of my setup.exe call I get the error message I mentioned above. Any other ideas?

Thanks,
Max
