Wise MSI's Funky Install

Afternoon all, I've been creating MSI's for a little bit now, but we just implemented SMS 2003 and when deploying them through SMS Shortcuts dont show up and some components don't get fully installed, but when double-clicking the msi they work fine.

Any Ideas?

Can you check where your ALLUSERS property? I suspect the package might be installing for the current user only...
