Hi malvado!

In my ears that sounds to be one of Windows Installers feature to repair a uncomplete install.

This is supposed to work this way, and isn't anything thats wrong.

The things you have to look at in your package is things in Current User in registry and files placed in some kind of personal folder (application data, homedir or maybe SendTo-folder).

Try look there and see if there is important information, or if it's just crap.

Some applications doesn't work without that information, but some works just fine without it.

Hi Malvado ,

Try to figure out the error by looking into the eventviewer log. In the eventviewer log you could get the information of the component which is self healing . Once you get hold of the component , verify the component directory , condition and keypaths.

Cheers !!
