We are experiencing an Issue with Outlook 2016

We had multiple users with the same issue, it shows this message after opening Outlook, first it shows this window below


After you press ok it shows this window


and then this window


We have found an easy fix to delete the profile and create again in mail settings.

But this has been happening every day to any random user. Do you know what could be the issue and a potential fix so that it can be prevented from affecting users in future?

One can solve the issues in MS Outlook 2016 issue manually in three ways.

  • Modifying Registry
  • Creating XML file
  • Delete the Profile and Create a new Outlook Profile
