Way to stop reboot after installing AutoCAD 2011?

Hi,

First time poster, long time lurker

As the topic says I have an issue with an unattended AutoCAD 2011 install rebooting after installation.

The problem is I'm deploying the package with SCCM and the problem is I need to install a couple of in house plugins afterwards and the reboot interferes with things a bit. If I set to program to Program reboots computer the reboot doesn't always happen so then the program fails.

The command I'm running in SCCM is "x86\AdminImage\Setup.exe" /w /qb /I "x86\AdminImage\Install AutoCAD 2011 BNE (x86).ini" /language en-us

Thanks,
Angus

It's bad form in most fora to cross-post.

Also, as a long-time lurker, you should probably have noticed that there's a dedicated SCCM/SMS forum :) This particular post, though, is probaby best suited to the Package Development forum.

In the 2010 version of autocad we edited the .ini file created and changed the "EXE_PARAM=" to "EXE_PARAM=/norestart" parameter for any elements that required a restart. in this case it is probably only the acad section of the .ini that you will need to add the parameter to.

Assume it will also work for 2011 but havent tried it.
