Wacom Tablet Drivers - Issues

I'm having issue's with silently installing the Wacom Drivers/Software for the Graphite 3 Tablet.
I extract the contents of the exe file and run the setup.exe /s parameter and it installs fine.
The issue im having is that wacom enables feature i don't want enabled ie,
Use check boxes to select items
It also enables tagging and accessibility options in adobe reader. (http://acrobatusers.com/forums/aucbb/viewtopic.php?id=13663)
Has any one had experience on how to fix this or stop wacom from doing this?

Unless the vendor's installer allows you to set those options on the command line, you're up the proverbial creek, which is a good illustration of why we re-package.If you don't want to go down the re-package route, you'll need to snapshot the changes that are made when turning the various options off and build them into your own package. You would then deploy the latter after the main installation has completed.
