Using Service Desk for Chance Control - Select Approver
I worked with KACE support to get the flow working and customized. How can I make it to where the person that creates the change control can select the Approver?
The easiest way is to add your change approvers to a label, add that label to the ticket owners option. Next create a custom field using the custom SQL option to show all the members of that label in a drop down.

You can then use a custom rule to assign the ticket to the selected person from the drop down.
