Unable to open ports 80,7443,7444, 161, 162
Through windows defender firewall, i created a new rule to enable ports 80, 7443, 7444, 161 and 162. When i ran the telnet command through another server on these ports, the output still showed as connection failed. Could someone please advise how can we open these ports ? i am working on a Windows 2019 Server.

As this is windows, did you restart your firewall before trying to connect by telnet?
- Go to Search, type services.msc, and open Services
- Look for Windows Defender Firewall
- Right-click on it, and choose Restart
