Trying to get program into Startup during SCCM install - Xmedius 7

New to all of this but I'm trying to get this into our Win7 deployments and its not showing up in the Startup as expected

msiexec /i "XMediusFAX 7.0.0.298 (Client).msi" TSC_START_AUTO=0 ALLUSERS=1 ADDLOCAL=sendfax,outlookaddin,printtomail CFG_WEBSERVER_HOST=scandium.mercurypay.com /l*v "%windir%\temp\XMediusFAX Enterprise Edition 7.0.0.298 (Client).log" /qn /norestart

I figured the TSC_START_AUTO=0 would do it, but no luck.

Any ideas?

What about TSC_START_AUTO=1?
