I have a vendor msi that I TRASFORMED. However, my TRASFORM could not apply registry changes to the install. After running the "msiexec /i MyMsi TRANSFORMS=MyTransform" command successfully, I do a regedit but the registry changes does not show up. What am I doing wrong?

Are you including full paths to the MSI and the MST? You may have a space in your MST path or you may be running from a UNC path where referencing the "current directory" is not possible. Please show us a full command line as you would actually run it on your network.
