Transfer Attachment from one ticket to another
Hey All,
I don't know if anyone has done this before, but I am working on a multiple queue process for HR new hire tickets. One thing that I was wondering about was transferring an attachment of the new hire's picture as a comment to other queues. I haven't spent too much time on it because of deadlines for this project.
I don't really need the SQL for it, but would love to know if anyone has done it, so I know if it is possible or not. If anyone has done it, I would love to know.

I found this link here from Dell, but it seems that it puts the wrong link in the history. My guess is that this won't work.
